The Experience
Let’s work together – the process is simple!
1. BOOKING AND PLANNING
Ready to lock in your branding session date? Let’s do this! Contact me to choose your date, then sign the proposal and pay in full to reserve your session.
Once all the paperwork is taken care of, you’ll receive your online Branding Style Guide and Branding Questionnaire. These documents have everything you need to know about what to wear, how to prep, and what to expect on the day of your branding session. Take your time and fill out the questionnaire thoroughly so I can get to know your brand and customize the session for you!
2. MOOD BOARD & SHOT LIST
Our team uses this time to create a mood board and shot list around your questionnaire responses.

We then schedule a strategy call where we go over your strategy and goals, review our plan for executing it, and make sure you're happy with the direction in which we're heading.

You’ll love this part! Within 24 -48 hours of your branding session, I’ll share a social media sneak peek for you to see and share with your audience!
This is when the fun begins! After working together to choose the perfect locations and plan out the details of your session, we’ll meet on-location to begin your branding experience.
I’ll help you pose and guide you through the entire session – no modeling experience required!
I’ll curate the shoot to tell your story. Your only job is to have fun and smile for the camera!
We have a thorough process for all of our shoots that leads up to the big day. First, we will schedule a strategy call prior to your brand shoot to cover the details for our meeting and go over your mood board together. Then, we will finalize any last-minute details for your shoot and go over any remaining questions you have.
6. GALLERY DELIVERY
You’ll receive your fully edited gallery of high-res images within fourteen business days of our session. I pride myself on quick turnaround times, and you’ll never have to wait months to see your photos!
You’ll be able to download, share, and print all of your images from your private, online gallery. You also get access to a mobile app that makes it easy to download images directly to your iPhone or Android. The best news? Your gallery is hosted online for a full YEAR, so you don’t need to worry about losing your images. The hardest part will be choosing your favorites!
7. USING YOUR IMAGES
Now that you have your brand photos, it’s time to put them to work! You can use these images on your social media posts, website, email newsletters, ads, marketing materials, and more. Remember to update your headshot with a new, professional image!

How do I reserve my selected branding experience?
Once your proposal is signed and 100% of your deposit is paid, you’re all set!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes – Payment plans are available. Let me know you’re interested in a payment plan when you fill out your questionnaire. Regardless of your plan, your full balance is due before your scheduled session date.
Can I select the location for my branding experience?
Yes! You are responsible for any location’s studio payments or fees (if applicable).
How would you describe your editing style?
My branding photos are light and airy and as natural as possible. You can see examples in the portfolio.
Do you offer other services outside of branding and lifestyle photography?
Not at this time. We’re focused on providing the best branding and lifestyle experience and photos.
Are you willing to travel outside of a 30-mile radius for my session location?
Yes. Please let me know the location you’d like to use when you fill out your questionnaire.
Can I add team members or someone else to my shoot?
Yes. You can add anyone to your session. Additional fees may apply. Please note it in your inital inquiry form.
